by Automobile or Public Transportation:
By Railroad:LIRR (Penn Station) - Use the crosstown bus at the corner of 34th Street and 7th Avenue (The M-16 or M-34) eastbound. You may also reach the center by walking or a short taxi ride (7 city blocks).
NEW JERSEY TRANSIT (Penn Station) - See above
METRONORTH (Grand Central Station) - Use the Lexington Avenue bus to 34th Street, Transfer to M-16 or M-34 Crosstown bus to 2nd Avenue. You may also take a taxi or walk (10 city blocks).
By Bus From North/Southbound Bus: Transfer at 34th Street for crosstown M16 or M34 to 2nd Avenue.
By Subway:
- 34th Street/Penn Station - A, C, E, 1, 2, 3 or 9 *Follow above Penn Station directions
- 34th Street/Herald Square - B, D, F, Q, N or R *Seven blocks west of Center
- 33rd Street/Park Avenue - #6 Train *Four blocks west of Center
By Helicopter: 34th Street Heliport (34th Street & FDR Drive) *Heliport is two blocks east of Center.
By New York Waterway: 34th Street & FDR Drive *Waterway is two blocks east of Center. Parking is available in garages next door and across the street.

LaGuardia Airport: NYC Grand Central Parkway West to Long Island Expressway West to Midtown Tunnel. Follow directions to 2nd Avenue - downtown. Parking is available across the street from the office.
Kennedy Airport: NYC Long Island Expressway West to Midtown Tunnel. Follow directions to 2nd Avenue - downtown. Parking is available across the street from the office. Directions to our Southampton location
By AutomobileFrom the East
Drive west on 27 (Montauk Highway) towards Southampton. At the stoplight in Southampton, drive straight through the light onto Hampton Road. Continue on Hampton Road and turn left at the third stoplight (Old Town Road). Go straight on Old Town Road, and The Meeting House Lane medical complex will be on the left in approximately 1/2 mile. The complex is at the intersection of Meeting House Lane and Old Town Road. LSSC is located on the entry level in Building 1 (large building closest to Old Town Road). Free patient parking is available onsite.
From the West
Drive east on 27 (Montauk Highway/County Road 39) into Southampton. At the stoplight, take a right onto Hampton Road. Continue on Hampton Road and turn left at the third stoplight (Old Town Road). Long Island Railroad
The Long Island Railroad (www.mta.info/lirr/hamptons) offers year round service to Southampton. From the Southampton train station, LSSC is a short 5 minute taxi ride.
Bus
The Hampton Jitney (www.hamptonjitney.com, 631-283-4600, 212-362-8400) and The Hampton Luxery Liner (www.hamptonluxuryliner.com, 631-537-5800) offer one-way and round trip service to Southampton from Manhattan, JFK Airport, Laguardia Airport and Manorville. From the Southampton bus station, LSSC is just a 5 minute taxi ride.
Airplane/Helicopter
Bus service (see above) is available to Southampton from JFK and Laguardia Airports. East Hampton airport is located just 7 miles from Southampton and accommodates helicopter and private aircraft.
