The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and the Medical Alumni Association are proud to announce this year’s 2014 Hall of Fame Award recipient , Dr. Roy Geronemus from the Class of 1979. Dr. Geronemus and his family were recently in Miami to accept this very prestigious honor, Dr. Geronemus was the only Hall of Fame inductee this year and the 17th in school history.
Dr. Alberto Mitrani, ’84, Chair of the Alumni Awards Committee says, “We are once again thrilled to honor a graduate that has been credited with a significant advancement within his specialty. Dr. Roy Geronemus, exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding graduate and we hope to see all alumni celebrate with us at the Hall of Fame Dinner.”
