The Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York® has once again been accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). This marks 18 years of voluntary accreditation for our practice.
Accreditation by AAAHC distinguishes our Center from other facilities by providing the highest quality of care to our patients as determined by an external process of evaluation. Through a process of extensive self-assessment the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York ensures that the nationally recognized standards for quality healthcare set by AAAHC are met. The commitment and dedication of our physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel to these standards is to be commended.
An on-site survey by an AAAHC surveyor has resulted in a three year accreditation, the highest achievement possible, for both our New York City and Southampton offices. The Laser & Skin Surgery Center received accolades for conducting world class research and setting the standards for laser surgery from the AAAHC expert conducting the survey.
