Salicylic acid is the “gold standard” for treating blackheads, whiteheads and excess oil — and is naturally found in willow bark, vegetables and fruits. A common skin care ingredient, you’ve likely come across it while shopping for acne face washes, blackhead treatments and acne spot treatments.
