ABOUT
Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Andrew Weinstein is a plastic surgeon committed to helping his patients achieve natural, beautiful, and long-lasting results.
Dr. Weinstein was drawn to the field of plastic surgery by his aesthetic eye, artistic ability, and attention to detail. He is fellowship-trained in the most advanced aesthetic surgery techniques of the face, breast, and body, and nonsurgical procedures for facial rejuvenation. With a thoughtful and individualized approach, Dr. Weinstein strives to offer his patients the same level of care as he would a family member.
Dr. Weinstein graduated from Cornell University summa cum laude and earned his medical degree with honors from NYU School of Medicine. He then went on to complete a residency in plastic surgery at Weill Cornell and Columbia University Medical Centers of New York–Presbyterian Hospital and serve as Administrative Chief Resident for the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Following residency, Dr. Weinstein elected to pursue an additional year of subspecialty training in advanced and minimally invasive aesthetic surgery at Emory Aesthetic Center under the leadership of Dr. Foad Nahai.
Dr. Weinstein has authored over 40 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters on aesthetic surgery. He has been invited to present his work at both regional and national plastic surgery meetings and honored with multiple awards, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons Top Paper award and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery journal’s Best Overall Cosmetic Paper award. Dr. Weinstein currently serves as a peer-reviewer for the top plastic surgery journals—Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery Journal, and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery—and is an Editorial Board member on Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
